FROM MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY; ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE FROM SATURDAY NOON CHECK IN TO FRIDAY NOON CHECKOUT ONLY. PLEASE CALL US FOR ANY ALTERNATE DATES. PLEASE USE THESE DAYS TO GET A QUOTED PRICE.

Eyrie is a lake front cottage just a stone throws away from the beach on Pennsylvania Avenue. Great location to allow the children to ride their bikes to the beach!

The first floor has room for all, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room that seats up to eight, a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is an additional television room to relax and watch the late-night news. Off of this room, there is a first-floor bedroom with a queen size bed, laundry room, and a full size bathroom with a shower.

Off the first floor living area, there is a large deck with a charcoal grill and a mini fridge that overlooks the back yard. Just off the yard, you can connect to the path to the lake!

The second floor has three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has one twin bed. There is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Last but not least, the third floor; there is a large open bedroom format that has a double bed and two twin beds for the additional sleeping arrangements.

Eyrie sleeps up to ten. This is a non-smoking cottage. Dog negotiable for a non-refundable pet fee. WiFi is available at Eyrie but cannot be guaranteed.

"Eyrie is a wonderful house especially because of its location near the beach and playground . The layout worked very well for us although it was too hot to use the third floor the deck with cool breezes and view are amazing.

"We loved the house - but spent most of our time on the deck - house was filled with SO MANY items - with 5 children - we kept them outside as much as possible. Great location!!!!!!
